Recruited by the founders of Boxpilot in 2001 to build contact center operations for the young company, Kirko’s education in mathematics provided a practical, data-driven foundation for growth and improvement.
In 2008, Kirko was promoted to President of Boxpilot and led the company through a major economic downturn, and sustained double-digit year-over-year growth. In 2016, Kirko led a digital transformation project to make Boxpilot a fully remote-based organization.
In 2018, Boxpilot was acquired by a US-based company. And, in 2020, in the heart of a global pandemic, Kirko was named Chief Revenue Officer and tasked with pivoting Boxpilot’s core offering from a commoditized outbound contact center, to something much more meaningful.
Today, in the midst of reimagining Boxpilot, Kirko is driving a vision of a sales and marketing future centered around customer experience, insight, timing and data–Holistic, full customer life-cycle, creative opportunity identification machine.
